What you will do

• Partner with leadership to implement and maintain modern engineering workflows.
• Align system improvements with business goals and develop technical roadmaps for increased efficiency.
• Facilitate agile team ceremonies and drive continuous delivery improvements.
• Provide performance coaching and career growth mentorship for team members.
• Ensure the business continuity and reliability of mission-critical systems.
• Promote DevOps principles and mature the engineering lifecycle.

Requirements

• Must have the right to live and work in Australia.
• Prior experience leading engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of outcome-led strategic frameworks like OKRs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Deep understanding of DevOps principles and experience with organizational change.
