TL;DR

Manager, Corporate Strategy (Strategy/Corporate Development): Shaping and driving hirify.global’s long-term corporate strategy and M&A activities with an accent on strategic planning and complex cross-functional project management. Focus on partnering with the executive leadership team to drive business growth and execute high-impact strategic initiatives across global brands.

Location: Must be based in El Segundo, California

Salary: $136,000 – $170,000 Yearly

What you will do

  • Collaborate with the Chief Strategy Officer and leadership team to shape corporate strategy and annual strategic planning.
  • Lead and support cross-functional teams to drive critical strategic projects and business impact.
  • Support key M&A and corporate development priorities across the organization.
  • Partner with senior executives to analyze and solve complex business problems.
  • Facilitate cross-functional exposure across marketing, sales, finance, supply chain, and studios.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university required.
  • 7+ years of total professional experience, including 2+ years of post-MBA or equivalent work in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or in-house strategy.
  • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder groups and cross-functional teams.
  • Superior communication and strategic problem-solving skills.
  • Track record of achieving measurable business impact.

Nice to have

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
  • Industry experience in Consumer, Tech, or Entertainment.
