What you will do
- Lead end-to-end development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns to drive platform growth.
- Design compelling value propositions and messaging frameworks for advisers and paraplanners.
- Partner with Sales and Product teams to align marketing activity with commercial priorities.
- Manage external agencies and internal creative/digital teams for high-quality campaign execution.
- Analyze campaign performance data to report on net flows, retention, and platform adoption.
- Maintain competitive positioning and ensure all communications meet FCA financial promotion requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in campaign-led marketing, specifically within investments, platforms, or financial services.
- Strong background in marketing complex B2B financial propositions within an FCA-regulated environment.
- Ability to translate complex product, tax, and regulatory concepts into persuasive stories.
- Experience using behavioral science to shape messaging and influence decision-making.
- Demonstrated commercial impact on flows, retention, or revenue growth.
- Capability to influence senior stakeholders and work cross-functionally.
