What you will do

• Define and execute regional marketing strategies aligned with local sales goals and key verticals.
• Collaborate with sales and channel teams to manage joint marketing programs and Market Development Funds (MDF).
• Orchestrate large-scale industry events, roundtables, and webinars to strengthen brand presence.
• Manage regional marketing budgets, contracts, and agency partnerships.
• Monitor and track lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI of marketing campaigns.
• Engage with local social media platforms to promote initiatives and company vision.

Requirements

• 8+ years of B2B technology marketing experience.
• Must have the right to work in Hong Kong.
• Fluency in spoken and written English required; multi-lingual skills are a strong asset.
• Proven record of delivering business results and partnering with sales leadership.
• Strong analytical ability to manage budgets and measure campaign effectiveness.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
