What you will do
- Establish the brand's local presence and credibility in the Hong Kong startup and private markets ecosystem.
- Adapt and localize global marketing campaigns across content, digital, PR, and community channels.
- Own end-to-end integrated marketing programs, balancing brand-building with lead generation.
- Collaborate with local Sales and Partnerships teams to align marketing activities with go-to-market priorities.
- Serve as the primary voice of the Hong Kong market within the regional APAC & MEA team.
- Manage local marketing budgets and report on performance metrics including engagement and pipeline growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within the SaaS, fintech, or VC/PE ecosystem.
- Proven track record as a full-stack marketer managing content, digital, and events.
- Previous experience launching or building a brand in a new market.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese required.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and budgets simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM and analytics tools like Salesforce, Marketo, or Google Analytics.
