What you will do

• Act as the primary liaison between client servicing leaders and internal creative/production teams.
• Consolidate and translate client briefs into precise directives for the design department.
• Manage project documentation including meeting recaps, status reports, and job estimates.
• Oversee timelines and resource allocation to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and budgets.
• Prepare quotations, manage invoicing requirements, and facilitate internal creative reviews.
• Support agency new business pitches and existing account growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or Marketing required.
• 3-5+ years of experience in agency account servicing, creative services, or design.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize heavy workloads.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to work under pressure.
• Readiness to work overtime as required by project demands.

Nice to have

• Knowledge in In-Store Marketing implementation, Point of Sale, or O2O.
• Basic skills or knowledge in Photoshop and Illustrator.
