What you will do

• Manage marketing strategy and execution for distributors in regions including Benelux, Nordics, MENA, and South Africa.
• Collaborate with distributor partners to plan and approve regional marketing activities within budget.
• Lead marketing campaigns for priority brands and content releases to drive awareness and sales.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver bespoke POS designs, online assets, and in-store events.
• Analyze campaign performance and ROI to apply insights to future retail strategies.
• Work with Sales managers to align marketing efforts with 12-month commercial growth targets.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Demonstrated professional experience in marketing within an EMEA capacity.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience in driving brand growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Understanding of or passion for pop culture.
