What you will do

• Maintain and scale the brand across web, product, campaigns, social, email, and community platforms.
• Communicate updates, timelines, or announcements to a customer audience.
• Moderate or lead an online community.
• Balance creativity with commercial impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 3–5+ years of experience in brand, community, marketing, or communications roles (SaaS or digital products strongly preferred).
• Hands-on experience managing brand standards across web, product, campaigns, social, email, and community platforms.
• Proven experience communicating updates, timelines, or announcements to a customer audience.
• Experience moderating or leading an online community (SaaS, ecommerce, or creator-focused products strongly preferred).
• Location: UK, London/Hybrid
