TL;DR

Senior Associate Digital Marketing (Ecommerce): Managing and executing paid media campaigns and email marketing for DTC channels with an accent on driving revenue and ROI across UK and German markets. Focus on performance optimization, platform campaign setup, and analyzing consumer engagement data to scale brand reach.

Location: Must be based in Slough, England (Hybrid: 4 days in office, 1 day WFH)

What you will do

  • Execute and manage paid social and paid search campaigns across UK, Germany, and emerging markets.
  • Oversee email marketing programs including setup, execution, and performance reporting.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to optimize ecommerce performance and prioritize initiatives.
  • Implement tracking, tagging, UTMs, and pixel setups to ensure accurate performance analysis.
  • Provide creative insights and strategic recommendations based on campaign data.
  • Analyze Shopify and Google Analytics data to drive continuous improvements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience.
  • 2+ years of hands-on execution experience in ecommerce paid search and paid social.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok advertising platforms.
  • Knowledge of email marketing programs and ESP platforms like Klaviyo.
  • Strong analytical skills for performance optimization and A/B testing.
  • Must be able to work from the office in Slough, UK, 4 days per week.

Nice to have

  • Experience in personalization and AB testing within media campaigns.
  • Prior experience in scaling new market launches.
