Senior Software Engineer, C++ Backend Development (Ad Cloud Bidding)

What you will do

• Manage system deployment, configuration, and release pipelines for large-scale backend services.
• Design and maintain automated deployment workflows for reliable releases.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and lead incident response when required.
• Participate in on-call rotations and evaluate tools that improve operational workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Experience with modern C++ programming, including C++11 or later.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments.
• Fluent English or Chinese, along with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills and a strong sense of ownership.

Nice to have

• Understanding of system programming.
• Experience developing millisecond-scale, high-throughput systems exceeding 1K QPS per machine.
• Experience with service optimization, performance tuning, modern build systems, and operations automation tools.
