What you will do

• Manage system deployment, configuration, and release pipelines to ensure reliable service delivery.
• Design and maintain automated deployment processes for high-scale backend services.
• Implement comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Troubleshoot production incidents and perform detailed root cause analysis.
• Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response efforts.
• Evaluate and adopt modern tools to improve operational workflows and infrastructure efficiency.

Requirements

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related fields.
• 3+ years of professional experience in backend engineering or site reliability engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Unix/Linux environments.
• Scripting or programming skills in Python, Go, or Bash.
• Proven experience with infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Strong sense of ownership and a proactive mindset toward automation.
