What you will do
- Quarterback the full lifecycle of enterprise deals including quote-building in CPQ, approval routing, and contract execution.
- Act as the primary bridge between Sales, Legal, and Finance to ensure commercial terms align with internal standards.
- Develop and implement AI-native tooling to scale commercial processes and increase operational efficiency.
- Optimize sales workflows to reduce friction and accelerate the time-to-close for high-priority agreements.
- Maintain and improve core sales documentation including pricing guidelines, SKU configurations, and process playbooks.
- Analyze deal patterns and metrics to identify bottlenecks and drive data-driven improvements in sales operations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in deal desk, sales strategy, or commercial operations in a high-growth technology environment.
- Proficiency in executing and improving systems like Salesforce, CPQ tools, and contract management platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across multiple departments.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of operational workflows and a bias toward process improvement and fixing manual bottlenecks.
- English language proficiency is required for cross-functional communication.
Nice to have
- Prior experience with subscription or consumption-based business models.
- Expertise with tools like Nue, Apttus, Steelbrick, Ironclad, or Docusign CLM.
- Familiarity with enterprise software contract terms and commercial industry standards.
- Background in managing deal operations within the AI sector.
