What you will do

• Lead high-impact technical projects including reference architectures and production-grade MVPs.
• Act as a trusted technical advocate and advisor to ensure long-term value realization for enterprise customers.
• Develop and manage joint success plans and technical roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to address product gaps and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Guide customer technical teams through data migrations, platform installations, and cloud-native deployments.
• Monitor deployment success and technical health to proactively mitigate risks in complex data workflows.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise data management or platform roles.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Apache Spark and Kafka.
• Experience working with Kubernetes and containerized workloads.
• Deep understanding of data observability, governance, and metadata management.
• Demonstrated ability to architect solutions across AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Prior experience as a Solution Architect in a data management company.
• Background in a global consulting firm or SI managing multi-customer engagements.
• Familiarity with platforms like Databricks or Snowflake.
• Understanding of data quality and catalog tools such as Informatica or Collibra.
