What you will do

  • Identify and prospect new client relationships for innovative chatbot solutions.
  • Apply a consultative sales approach to conduct product demonstrations and articulate value propositions.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed defined revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and implementation.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking and industry engagement.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and the competitive landscape in the chatbot sector.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful sales experience in the SaaS industry.
  • Fluent proficiency in English and Chinese (verbal and written).
  • Deep understanding of the chatbot industry landscape and key market players.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with experience navigating complex sales cycles.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
