What you will do

• Generate and pitch platform-native video concepts that align with the brand voice and audience.
• Write scripts, interview structures, and running orders designed to maximize audience retention.
• Collaborate with producers, presenters, and digital teams to execute projects from concept to final delivery.
• Analyze performance data and audience insights to refine formats and improve engagement metrics.
• Contribute to creative discussions regarding thumbnails, titles, and packaging to boost platform performance.
• Step in to perform hands-on shooting or editing tasks as required for project success.

Requirements

• Proven experience in content creation for a brand, publisher, or newsroom.
• Strong editorial judgment with the ability to adapt voice and tone for different talent and shows.
• Deep understanding of YouTube viewing behavior, hooks, and retention strategies.
• Excellent written communication and scripting skills.
• Demonstrated experience in scheduling and optimizing content across social media platforms.
• Ability to work at a fast pace in a collaborative, creative environment.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience in video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Practical shooting experience with camera, lighting, and framing principles.
• Ability to create static assets using Photoshop or Canva.
• Basic motion graphics skills.
