What you will do

• Edit original content for YouTube and social platforms, maintaining Capital Buzz and Scroll Deep’s brand identity.
• Identify standout moments from recordings for compelling short-form clips.
• Support the digital team on thumbnails and titles, learning what drives clicks and watch time.
• Subtitle all video content to platform standards.
• Assist with shooting video content across a range of formats.
• Contribute to creative brainstorms, sharing observations about what’s working visually and structurally.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Capital Buzz and Scroll Deep’s video output and a genuine enthusiasm for both brands.
• A deep interest in pop culture and internet culture.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro; experience with After Effects, Photoshop or Canva is a bonus.
• A storytelling instinct and understanding of YouTube viewing behaviour and audience retention.
• Good editorial awareness and a willingness to develop judgment about what’s right for the brand, talent and audience.
• Flexible, a great communicator, and a good sense of humour.
