TL;DR

Partnership Executive: Managing and expanding influencer and affiliate relationships to drive growth for an investment platform with an accent on partner communication, compliance, and performance analysis. Focus on prospecting new opportunities, coordinating co-marketing efforts with asset managers, and contributing to the overall growth strategy.

Location: Must be based in London or able to work in the London office 1–2 days per week (Hybrid).

What you will do

  • Manage relationships with influencers and affiliate partners, ensuring brand alignment and compliance.
  • Track and report on partner performance, including CPA and conversion rates.
  • Prospect and onboard new influencer and affiliate partners for the platform.
  • Support co-marketing initiatives with institutional partners like JP Morgan.
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to grow various account types.
  • Contribute strategic ideas to enhance the product proposition and business growth.

Requirements

  • Experience or strong desire to work in B2C partnership, marketing, or sales roles.
  • Strong presentation, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify growth drivers and optimization opportunities.
  • Proactive attitude and comfort with problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for personal finance and social media marketing.
  • Ability to work from the central London office 1–2 days per week.
