What you will do

  • Oversee the delivery of multiple concurrent game projects, ensuring adherence to scope, quality, time, and budget.
  • Define and optimize studio-wide delivery frameworks, processes, and governance standards.
  • Manage capacity forecasting and align studio resources with overall demand plans.
  • Lead project kick-offs and coordinate gate reviews with necessary documentation.
  • Mentor and coach project managers and product owners to enhance delivery skills and team effectiveness.
  • Track and report on costs and progress while implementing mitigation strategies for delivery risks.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in project management within a complex, multi-disciplinary delivery environment.
  • Proven success leading delivery for concurrent projects across large teams.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaborative abilities.
  • Deep understanding of project management and product ownership methodologies.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard management tools such as MS Project or Monday.com.

Nice to have

  • Professional experience in project management or product ownership within the gaming industry.
  • Formal project management qualifications, such as PRINCE2.
