What you will do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of brand advertising campaigns, ensuring timely and high-standard execution.
• Build and maintain clear workflows across Advertising and Creative, tracking progress and highlighting risks.
• Work with the Senior Lead to plan and prioritize team resources effectively.
• Lead regular workflow meetings to align teams, unblock issues, and clarify priorities.
• Own the brand briefing process, ensuring accurate and complete briefs with the right inputs.
• Act as the connector between teams, bringing Hello Studio, Social, Trade Marketing, Media Planning, and Buying together.

Requirements

• Strong project and workflow management experience with the ability to lead delivery from start to finish.
• Excellent planning and prioritization skills with confidence managing multiple workstreams at pace.
• Clear and adaptable communicator who can simplify complex processes for different teams and stakeholders.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Strong stakeholder management experience with the confidence to handle competing priorities.
• Familiar with project management tools such as JIRA or Monday.com.
