What you will do

• Manage end-to-end project delivery within a cross-functional team
• Collaborate with the Product Owner on backlog management and roadmap alignment
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and drive adherence to Agile practices
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies involving internal teams and external vendors
• Manage project risks, issues, and ongoing stakeholder communication
• Support account growth by building strong relationships with the client

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in full-cycle IT project delivery
• Strong knowledge of Agile environments and Scrum
• Experience managing mobile or cross-platform development projects
• Ability to manage distributed teams
• Advanced+ English proficiency
• Must be based in London or nearby areas with ability to visit client office bi-weekly

Nice to have

• Experience with SAFe or scaled Agile environments
• Background in the fitness or wellness domain
• Experience managing external vendors and integrations
