What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of cloud migration backlogs, including planning, scope definition, and milestone tracking.
• Facilitate alignment between business and IT stakeholders to ensure project goals and dependencies remain visible.
• Proactively track and mitigate risks and issues to prevent project stalls.
• Report on status, KPIs, and budget burn for the migration program.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and change management activities for successful workload transitions.
• Utilize AI and automation tools to increase delivery efficiency and team productivity.

Requirements

• Must be based in Europe or the UK
• 5+ years of experience in IT project management for complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
• Demonstrated experience in cloud or infrastructure transformation projects.
• Understanding of VMware-to-AWS migration concepts and technical terminology.
• Strong communication skills with experience facilitating decisions across distributed technical teams.
• Proven ability to manage dependencies and drive delivery discipline in a remote environment.

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
