What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of cloud migration backlogs, including planning, scope definition, and milestone tracking.
- Facilitate alignment between business and IT stakeholders to ensure project goals and dependencies remain visible.
- Proactively track and mitigate risks and issues to prevent project stalls.
- Report on status, KPIs, and budget burn for the migration program.
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies and change management activities for successful workload transitions.
- Utilize AI and automation tools to increase delivery efficiency and team productivity.
Requirements
- Must be based in Europe or the UK
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management for complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
- Demonstrated experience in cloud or infrastructure transformation projects.
- Understanding of VMware-to-AWS migration concepts and technical terminology.
- Strong communication skills with experience facilitating decisions across distributed technical teams.
- Proven ability to manage dependencies and drive delivery discipline in a remote environment.
Nice to have
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
