What you will do

• Manage end-to-end project workflows, including timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
• Support the creation of project scopes, estimates, and Statements of Work.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation using tools like Smartsheet.
• Monitor project health, track burn rates, and mitigate scope or timeline risks.
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
• Partner with resource management to ensure optimal team staffing and allocation.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, marketing, or communications.
• Must be located in or near London for hybrid office presence.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Exceptional collaboration skills within cross-functional agency teams.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset for fast-paced environments.
