hirify.global is an outsourcing company providing engineering talent for complex projects, particularly within the WordPress industry, to enterprise clients.

What you will do

• Manage each project's scope, timeline, estimates, and resource requirements.
• Guide teams on agile principles and practices, fostering a shared responsibility for delivery.
• Prepare and facilitate workshops and meetings to monitor project progress and resolve issues.
• Assess the time and financial impact of scope changes, communicating appropriately to stakeholders.
• Build and safeguard strong partnership relationships with internal and external clients and partners.
• Promote continuous improvement through team reviews, retrospectives, and relevant metrics.

Requirements

• **Scrum Master certification or equivalent work experience** in applying scrum and agile principles.
• Experience in an enterprise agency environment.
• Highly developed skills in servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, and empowerment.
• Experience using a wide range of project management tools, including budget/time tracking and issue tracking software.
• **Proficiency in written and oral communication in English**, including technical terminology.
• Broad understanding of web technologies such as HTML/HTML5, CSS, CMS, Javascript, and version control.
