What you will do

• Manage project scope, timelines, and budget, ensuring successful delivery.
• Guide teams on agile principles and practices through coaching and mentoring.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to define project needs and monitor progress.
• Identify and remove impediments to team productivity.
• Build and safeguard relationships with internal and external stakeholders and clients.
• Conduct team reviews and retrospectives to promote continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English is essential.
• Scrum Master certification or equivalent work experience.
• Experience applying Scrum and a wider awareness of agile principles.
• Enterprise agency environment experience.
• Highly developed skills in servant leadership, facilitation, and conflict resolution.
• Experience with project management tools for budget/time tracking and issue tracking.
• Broad understanding of web technologies such as HTML/HTML5, CSS, CMS, Javascript, and version control.
