Scrum Master (AI)

Location: Fully remote; applicants welcomed from EMEA, South America, and North America, within 4h of UTC+1

What you will do

• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, estimates, and resource requirements.
• Guide teams in applying Scrum and broader agile principles to deliver high-quality work.
• Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, progress meetings, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove impediments, support experimentation, and promote self-organisation and continuous improvement.
• Build effective partnerships with clients, internal teams, and delivery partners.
• Use project data and delivery metrics to report progress, team status, risks, and issues.

Requirements

• Scrum Master certification, qualification, or equivalent experience.
• Experience applying Scrum, with broader awareness of agile principles and a data-driven mindset.
• Experience in an enterprise agency environment.
• Strong servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, empowerment, and transparency skills.
• Experience with budget and time tracking tools, issue tracking software, and other project management tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English, including comfortable use of technical terminology.

Nice to have

• Interest in AI-assisted development tools and understanding of their appropriate use and limitations.
• Broad understanding of HTML, CSS, CMS platforms, JavaScript, and version control.
