Salary: $55,000 to $69,000 +30% Oregon & Texas is $58,000 to $72,000 Seattle is $64,000 to $80,000

What you will do

  • Provide pre-sales support to sales and customers for Microsoft Azure and/or M365 solutions and hirify.global CSP offers.
  • Deliver solution recommendations and roadmaps to customers.
  • Support the execution of targeted sales campaigns and identify opportunities to leverage Microsoft programs and incentives.
  • Collaborate with Sales to develop and execute strategic account plans for key accounts, identifying growth opportunities, addressing challenges, and driving long-term customer success.
  • Manage a pipeline of Microsoft opportunities and monitor overall performance for aligned solutions within the territory.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft counterparts in support of co-sell initiatives and promoting hirify.global competitive differentiation.

Requirements

  • A deep understanding of Microsoft cloud solutions with strong technical proficiency.
  • 2-4 years of industry relevant experience in sales.
  • 2+ years of Microsoft experience with Cloud or Volume Licensing solutions.
  • As SME (Subject Matter Expert) stay on top of new trends, technology updates and Cloud technologies.
  • Achievement of Microsoft certifications aligned to assigned products is preferred.
  • Proven ability to engage in consultative selling, understanding customer pain points, and positioning Microsoft products and services to solve those challenges.
