What you will do

• Lead customer relationships and drive strategy for a defined hirify.global Product Suite within a specific territory.
• Generate new leads through networking, prospecting, and marketing activities.
• Make sales presentations to customers and prospects, addressing product use cases and competitive advantages.
• Develop and execute demand-generation campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Lead contract negotiations and manage the sales process.
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of hirify.global's product suite and the competitive landscape.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience required.
• 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience selling software solutions.
• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Experience with a CRM, ideally SalesForce.
