What you will do

  • Define and continuously refine the product vision and overarching product goals.
  • Manage the Product Backlog, prioritize, structure, and refine requirements.
  • Write clear and actionable User Stories including acceptance criteria.
  • Clarify expectations, integrate feedback, and make informed decisions regarding scope, sequencing, and trade‑offs.
  • Plan releases and maintain the product roadmap.
  • Foster an agile mindset, support flow efficiency, and help ensure a high‑quality and value‑driven delivery process.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Software Engineering, Business Administration or a comparable field.
  • Strategic understanding of product development and the ability to define a clear product vision and measurable goals.
  • Strong prioritization and decision‑making skills when handling competing business and technical requirements.
  • Experience translating business needs into User Stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Agile mindset and hands‑on experience collaborating with cross‑functional development teams.
