What you will do
- Define and implement the strategic roadmap for Sales and Service technology within the Legal & Regulatory division.
- Lead key initiatives including Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud and SFDC CPQ rollouts with a strong focus on AI scaling.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the sales and service tech landscape, including vendor selection, implementation, and optimization.
- Collaborate with global RevOps, IT (GTS), and business unit leaders to harmonize technologies and standardize processes.
- Develop business cases, manage budgets, and oversee project dependencies to ensure alignment with commercial goals.
- Drive system adoption and performance reporting, translating technical data into actionable insights for senior leadership.
Requirements
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Extensive experience in complex project/program management and multi-functional stakeholder alignment.
- Broad knowledge of sales and service technology, specifically Salesforce (SFDC) and enablement tools.
- Experience in strategy development, financial budgeting, and business case creation.
- Proven ability to operate within a complex matrixed organization and manage senior stakeholder relationships.
- Willingness to travel (approx. 20-30% of the time).
