Business G2M Technology Associate Director (Salesforce): Defining and executing the go-to-market technology strategy for Sales and Service organizations with an accent on Salesforce ecosystem, AI integration, and operational efficiency. Focus on leading complex cross-divisional programs, harmonizing the technology landscape, and driving performance improvements across a matrixed global environment.

Location: Hybrid (minimum 8 days per month in office), based in Netherlands (Alphen Aan Den Rijn, Deventer), Germany (Huerth), or Belgium (Mechelen).

What you will do

  • Define and implement the strategic roadmap for Sales and Service technology within the Legal & Regulatory division.
  • Lead key initiatives including Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud and SFDC CPQ rollouts with a strong focus on AI scaling.
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the sales and service tech landscape, including vendor selection, implementation, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with global RevOps, IT (GTS), and business unit leaders to harmonize technologies and standardize processes.
  • Develop business cases, manage budgets, and oversee project dependencies to ensure alignment with commercial goals.
  • Drive system adoption and performance reporting, translating technical data into actionable insights for senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Extensive experience in complex project/program management and multi-functional stakeholder alignment.
  • Broad knowledge of sales and service technology, specifically Salesforce (SFDC) and enablement tools.
  • Experience in strategy development, financial budgeting, and business case creation.
  • Proven ability to operate within a complex matrixed organization and manage senior stakeholder relationships.
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 20-30% of the time).

Nice to have

  • Deep expertise in AI implementations and scaling AI within sales/service organizations.
  • Strong background in procurement processes and technology portfolio optimization.
  • Experience driving performance optimization programs for commercial teams.
