What you will do

• Develop and articulate a clear product vision aligned with company mission and business objectives.
• Define product roadmap and strategy considering market trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
• Lead product lifecycle from discovery to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with leadership and engineering teams to innovate and create user-friendly solutions.
• Conduct customer interviews and leverage feedback for prioritizing features and enhancements.
• Build and mentor product teams fostering innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

Requirements

• Location: Munich, Bavaria, Germany with hybrid work setup
• Experience as Chief Product Officer in digital marketplaces, SaaS, or B2B organizations.
• Proven track record in product roadmap creation, innovation, and growth in fast-growing startups.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of data analytics, AI integration, and customer-led design principles.
• Preferably deep knowledge of energy commodities or similar complex markets.

• Experience in post-Series B startup environment.
