What you will do

• Lead the full product management lifecycle for the new Customer Hub.
• Conduct user research and utilize analytics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Define the product roadmap based on outcomes and data-driven insights.
• Guide customers through their end-to-end journey from information to installation.
• Optimize internal processes to increase efficiency for sales and support teams globally.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering and design teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, ideally within renewable energy or energy supply.
• Experience in e-commerce, marketing, or sales for consumer-facing digital products.
• Strong proficiency in English and German is required.
• Customer-first mindset with a track record of conducting user research.
• Data-driven approach to strategy optimization and experimentation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage international stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in using AI and no-code tools to create prototypes and internal apps.
• Curiosity and passion for experimenting with AI tooling to optimize PM workflows.
