Senior Technical Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end project management for technology projects related to all aspects of the AI platform, including product features and integrations.
• Define and maintain project plans, milestones, resource allocations, budgets, and delivery timelines across concurrent workstreams.
• Lead cross-functional coordination between AI Engineering, Product, Legal Engineering, and Design teams to keep projects on track and unblock dependencies.
• Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve issues and risks before they impact delivery quality or timelines.
• Communicate project status, progress, and decisions clearly and consistently to technical teams, end-users, and senior leadership.
• Actively contribute to prototyping new product features at the intersection of design (Figma) and engineering (Cursor/Claude Code).

Requirements

• Proven experience managing complex IT or technology projects end-to-end, ideally in a product-led or AI-adjacent environment.
• Strong command of project management methodologies and the judgment to apply them pragmatically.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using modern project and collaboration tooling (e.g., Jira, Notion, Confluence, or similar).
• A track record of resolving blockers and driving decisions in fast-paced, cross-functional settings.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German fluency is a plus.

• A background in Computer Science and/or Law.
