Product Owner (SaaS)

TL;DR

Product Owner (SaaS): Taking ownership of two teams, one building hirify.global Insights, a customer-facing SaaS portal for Managed Service Providers, and the other managing hirify.global Elevate alongside UI frameworks used in all hirify.global web apps with an accent on backlog management, prioritization, and PI planning. Focus on bridging business strategy and technical execution across different domains in a mature SAFe environment.

Location: This is a hybrid role based in London, the United Kingdom. We are only able to accept applications from those based in the UK or who have sponsorship to live and work in the UK.

What you will do

• Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to create and maintain the Product Backlog.
• Maintain accurate records of development status and backlog priorities in project tracking software (e.g. Jira).
• Direct and inspire engineering teams to build the most valuable product in small increments.
• Define acceptance criteria for each product increment and validate outcomes.
• Participate in cross portfolio collaboration to develop, deliver and maintain software.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years working with, leading, and motivating teams.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant Product Owner experience.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience as a member of a complex team, such as distributed/remote or international.
• Minimum of 3 years delivering product in an Agile development environment.
• Minimum of 3 years working with the Atlassian software suite.
