Product Manager (Compliance)

Location: Hybrid (Menlo Park, CA or Bellevue, WA)

Salary: $160,000 - $230,000

What you will do

• Develop and manage the global compliance product roadmap and vision.
• Work closely with engineering, risk management, compliance, legal, and security teams.
• Define creative, differentiating product solutions with well-defined priorities.
• Align on priorities with key internal stakeholders and provide prioritized use cases for engineering partners.
• Work with external authorities and customers to achieve necessary compliance certifications.
• Present and review product strategy with hirify.global’s Executive Team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in Compliance, Privacy, or Security.
• Experience working directly with technical engineering teams.
• Experience with security products and expansion into regulated markets.
• Ability to navigate complex decision-making and communicate across teams.
• Understanding and ability to define technical specifications and interpret security and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and a proven track record with customer engagements and timely delivery.

Nice to have

• Passionate about Security, Compliance, and Privacy technologies and requirements.
• Experience in defining product strategy for Government entities and regulated industries like financial services and healthcare.
• Good understanding of compliance topics like FedRAMP, GDPR, GxP, ITAR, and IRAP.
• Comfortable with data, analytics, and solving data challenges in a compliant fashion.
