Product Manager (Subscription & Payments): Own and evolve hirify.global’s subscription and payments experience, building scalable, compliant, and reliable systems with an accent on customer enablement and technical foundations. Location: Remote-first in the United States and Canada (BC & ON only)

Salary: $118,000 - $188,000 (USD and CAD depending on location)

What you will do

  • Drive vision, strategy, and execution of payment and subscription lifecycle management.
  • Own critical business metrics including activation, expansion, retention, and renewals.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, user research, and GTM teams.
  • Partner with finance, IT, and data teams to ensure compliance across billing and payments.
  • Operate at multiple levels of fidelity from customer pain points to infrastructure design.

Requirements

  • Location: Remote-first in the United States and Canada (BC & ON only)
  • 2-4 years of product management experience.
  • Experience with payments, billing, or financial products and platforms like Stripe or Adyen.
  • Strong stakeholder management and systems thinking skills.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • English proficiency at least B2 level.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in emerging technologies like AI.
