What you will do

  • Lead customer relationships for a defined hirify.global Product Suite, driving strategy for a specific territory.
  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Pod Leader to close complex, multi-suite enterprise opportunities with strategic accounts.
  • Generate new leads through networking, prospecting, and marketing activities.
  • Make sales presentations to customers and prospects, including product demonstrations.
  • Develop knowledge of company products and client verticals, including local and state governments.
  • Lead contract negotiations and partner with Marketing on leads from trade shows and campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience required.
  • 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience selling software solutions required.
  • Strong work ethic and hunter mentality with the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • Proven ability to close complex, consultative deals.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Experience with a CRM, ideally SalesForce.
