What you will do

• Lead and develop the team with an appreciative and inclusive leadership style.
• Operate, maintain, and continuously optimize the IT infrastructure.
• Ensure the availability of networks, server environments, and data centers.
• Monitor and manage key security processes, including firewalls and access controls.
• Manage contracts and licenses as well as coordinating external service providers.
• Develop IT policies and standards and aligning them with the global hirify.global organization.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in IT Operations, ideally in a leadership role.
• Solid knowledge of data center infrastructures (servers, storage, networks, security, cloud).
• Experience in the installation, configuration, and analysis of IT systems.
• Strong knowledge of data protection processes and GDPR requirements.
• Strong, fluent communication skills in both German and English
