What you will do

• Manage end-to-end data center operations, including critical facilities and IT infrastructure.
• Ensure uptime, performance, and SLA delivery across all assigned regional sites.
• Scale operations from a single site in Missouri to a multi-site footprint across the U.S.
• Recruit, lead, and develop on-site management and operations teams.
• Act as the primary interface for external vendors, utility providers, and partners.
• Implement operational excellence frameworks, safety compliance, and process standardization.

Requirements

• Must be based in or near Missouri.
• 10+ years of experience in data center or mission-critical operations.
• Demonstrated experience leading data center teams and site managers.
• Background in managing critical infrastructure systems like power, cooling, and environmental controls.
• Proven ability to operate within high-availability, large-scale environments.
• Strong background in working with third-party vendors and external stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in hyperscale data center environments.
• Familiarity with server hardware, rack infrastructure, and Linux networking.
• Background in supporting new site builds or regional expansion projects.
