What you will do

• Act as first responders, helping to organize and control incident response.
• Monitor and manage platforms to ensure that internal SLAs, operational KPIs, and quality standards are met.
• Handle complex technical support issues.
• Review and implement changes in all controlled environments.
• Support network faults in a multi-vendor, multi-appliance infrastructure.
• Contribute to the overall development of the operational systems and processes.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a fast-paced, enterprise NOC role (minimum 2nd or 3rd line experience).
• In-depth support experience of LAN & WAN technologies: R/S, OSPF, BGP, TCP/IP, Layer 2 architectures.
• Exposure to firewalls, and load balancing with an understanding of Security Posture.
• Experience Supporting or Working with Cloud Technologies.
• Understanding/experience with ISO and ITIL standards.

Nice to have

• Enterprise R&S certification (Cisco, Juniper, etc.).
• Enterprise Firewall Certification (Palo Alto, Fortinet, etc.).
• Enterprise Wireless Certification (Aruba, Meraki, etc.).
• Cloud Certification - GCP (Preferable) / AWS / Azure Certification.
• Toolset Management experience (Solarwinds, or similar).
