Location: This role is at Lisbon, Amoreiras Square (1 day remote)

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, and contract signing.
• Lead contract negotiations with tier 1 partners to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Define acquisition targets by establishing a strategic plan.
• Qualify the base of business prospects and enrich it by sourcing the right contacts.
• Define and implement strategies to accelerate online and offline business development.
• Coordinate with the rest of the Portuguese team to ensure the achievement of objectives within established timings.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of proven experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales – ideally in mobility, logistics, energy, or related sectors.
• Feel comfortable taking fast independent decisions on the spot and is not afraid to conduct an end-to-end sale over a phone call or in a business meeting.
• Strong motivation and tenacity in consistently closing deals to achieve sales targets.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
• Capacity of representing the company in public.
• Availability to work on an hybrid system (1 day remote work)
