What you will do
- Source and prospect new leads to feed the sales pipeline.
- Execute daily outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn cadences.
- Identify and understand prospect pain points and decision-making processes.
- Build trust during interactions and nurture leads through to discovery sessions.
- Maintain organized pipeline data using CRM and sales tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outbound business development within a Tech/SaaS environment.
- Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English.
- Ambition, resilience, and a data-driven approach to hitting sales targets.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new sales strategies.
- Must be based in or able to work from Porto, Portugal.
