ECI is seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to join our Implementation Services team.

What you will do

• Lead software implementation projects for new customers, ensuring successful deployment and adoption of Spruce ERP.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the implementation process.
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer business processes, operational goals, and system requirements.
• Configure and set up software solutions based on documented customer requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery within agreed timelines, scope, and budget.
• Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues to support team development and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in software implementation, consulting, or a related customer-facing role.
• Experience or working knowledge of the lumber and building materials (LBM) industry.
• Experience conducting requirements gathering and business process analysis.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a structured implementation environment.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing ERP or business software solutions.
• Knowledge of software implementation methodologies and project lifecycle management.
