hirify.global is building a unified AI agent that sells, supports, and re-engages customers across the entire journey, leading the shift to Conversational Commerce.

What you will do

  • Lead discovery, demo, and pricing calls, showcasing the power of hirify.global tailored to each prospect’s specific needs.
  • Engage with inbound leads, guiding prospects through the buying journey.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, answering questions and overcoming objections to keep deals moving forward smoothly.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align efforts and ensure the feedback loop supports continuous improvement.
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene, following up with prospects after demos, nurturing relationships and setting clear expectations for the next steps.

Requirements

  • 1+ years in tech sales, with a passion for fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English and French.
  • Understand the importance of CRM tools for maintaining data integrity and ensuring accurate forecasting.
  • Thrive in dynamic settings, embracing challenges to refine and scale the sales process.
  • Energized by fast-paced deals and the pursuit of ambitious goals.

Nice to have

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience selling SaaS or working with e-commerce clients.
  • Knowledge of API and HTTP integrations.
  • Familiarity with MEDPICC methodology.
  • Prior experience with customer support software.
