What you will do

• Own product outcomes for nonprofit customer personas by deeply understanding their workflows and success metrics.
• Engage directly with users to gather insights and identify high-impact opportunities for innovation.
• Rapidly build and test ideas through prototypes, experiments, and lightweight product concepts.
• Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver measurable customer outcomes from discovery to launch.
• Operate as an AI-native product manager, leveraging modern tools to accelerate research and delivery.
• Drive alignment across cross-functional teams by communicating decisions clearly and focusing on key outcomes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience in SaaS or technology-driven environments.
• Must be based in the United States or select Canadian provinces.
• Proven track record of owning product outcomes and business impact.
• Strong builder mentality with experience in prototyping and experimentation.
• Experience using modern AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude to accelerate workflows.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to discuss technical trade-offs with engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in nonprofit, CRM, fundraising, or mission-driven product environments.
• Familiarity with agentic product patterns or advanced automation workflows.
