What you will do
- Manage and grow the partner ecosystem by supporting technology and consulting alliances through strategic planning and co-selling.
- Co-create go-to-market strategies with partners to drive visibility and generate qualified pipeline.
- Collaborate with global marketing teams to execute joint campaigns and lead-generation events.
- Equip stakeholders with tools, training, and content to effectively position the sustainability value proposition.
- Maintain partner performance data in Salesforce and report on key success metrics.
- Support Alliance Managers in onboarding new partners and qualifying new opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in SaaS sales, partnerships, or business development in a B2B tech environment.
- Proven experience working within a partner ecosystem, including system integrators or tech partners.
- Full professional proficiency in German and English is mandatory.
- Experience building and executing joint marketing campaigns or programs.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and partner collaboration tools.
- Ability to engage C-level stakeholders with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with supplier management software or procurement solutions like SAP Ariba, Coupa, or Ivalua.
