What you will do

• Lead client engagements combining digital strategy, design, data, and engineering.
• Build trusted partnerships with executives and clinical leaders in hospitals and medtech companies.
• Translate strategic business and clinical objectives into actionable digital roadmaps.
• Drive business development and account growth across the Dutch healthcare ecosystem.
• Evaluate and communicate the economic and clinical value of digital health and AI solutions.
• Support cross-disciplinary teams in aligning design and technology efforts with client goals and regulatory frameworks.

Requirements

• Five or more years of experience in digital health business development, management consulting, or digital transformation delivery.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Deep understanding of the Dutch healthcare system, including reimbursement mechanisms and value-based care.
• Excel in executive communication and stakeholder management, building long-term trusted relationships.
• Combine strategic thinking with hands-on collaboration.
• Proven ability to grow client accounts and identify new opportunities for partnership and impact.

Nice to have

• Strong networks among Dutch hospitals, clinics, insurers, or medtech companies.
• Understand EU and national digital health and health AI regulation.
• Familiar with innovation procurement models in healthcare.
