What you will do

• Drive the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for key areas of the banking platform.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to shape features from idea to launch.
• Conduct discovery and user research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Prioritize product trade-offs using data, user feedback, and product intuition.
• Ensure successful outcome-driven execution rather than just backlog management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a software product company.
• Strong track record of end-to-end product ownership from ideation to iteration.
• Experience working closely with software engineers and agile delivery teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-focused, curious, and outcome-driven product mindset.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SaaS, cloud-native platforms, or digital platforms.
• Interest or experience in fintech, banking, or digital customer journeys.
• Knowledge of DevOps or observability tools.
