What you will do

• Take ownership of the entire lifecycle of certain features and components from Discovery to Launch.
• Find solutions to predetermined problems inside the product line within your Value Stream.
• Define what success looks like and measure the squad's progress towards goals and milestones.
• Collaborate with product leadership to translate strategic objectives into tangible, iterative, and valuable deliveries.
• Work on new features or iterations of existing ones inside tightly scoped areas.
• Utilize product discovery tools and maintain a clear understanding of the market and key competitors.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of product development/management related work as a Product Manager or Product Owner in software companies.
• Relevant transferable skills and knowledge with exposure to software project/product/development management.
• Strategic thinker with proven success in defining and driving vision and roadmap for complex digital products.
• Proven success in launching mobile, web, or API-based products in agile environments (ideation → launch → iteration).
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, with a strategic mindset and hands-on delivery skills.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management, including executive-level engagement.
