Location: Must be based in the Netherlands, hybrid role (2-3 days per week at the Amsterdam HQ).

What you will do

• Develop and enhance supplier tooling and ingestion pipelines to improve data normalization.
• Integrate AI solutions to accelerate supply onboarding and curation processes.
• Lead a cross-functional team of developers, data scientists, and operational staff.
• Prioritize high-impact opportunities in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Define objectives and key results (OKRs) and manage the product lifecycle from definition to rollout.
• Monitor supply quality and address issues to boost revenue for the company and suppliers.

Requirements

• Living in the Netherlands.
• 4+ years of experience leading development teams with a focus on B2B products.
• Technical understanding of APIs, web applications, and modern tech stacks.
• Experience utilizing AI in product solutions.
• Strong product and project management skills including prioritization and planning.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
