TL;DR
Head of Product (AI): Leading the development and market launch of an AI-native consumer health initiative with an accent on conversational AI, personalized care pathways, and sustained member engagement. Focus on driving zero-to-one product strategy, designing agentic user experiences, and optimizing growth, retention, and clinical outcomes for 4-12 month care journeys.
Location: Must be based in the US, Portugal, UK, Netherlands, Germany, or Spain.

What you will do
- Own the product roadmap from pre-launch through scale, managing zero-to-one innovation.
- Design AI-first experiences leveraging agentic capabilities and conversational interfaces.
- Define and implement evaluation frameworks to measure AI model performance, safety, and member satisfaction.
- Develop and execute growth strategies to drive member activation, retention, and sustained behavior change.
- Collaborate with clinical, engineering, and data science teams to align product experience with healthcare standards.
- Represent product strategy in executive discussions and high-level client presentations.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of product management experience with at least 3 years in AI or consumer digital health.
- Proven track record of launching products from 0-to-1 and scaling them.
- Deep experience with LLMs, agentic AI design, and building evaluation frameworks.
- Strong expertise in growth, activation, and retention strategies within B2C or consumer tech.
- Must have legal right to work in the location of residence (US, Portugal, UK, Netherlands, Germany, or Spain).
- Excellent communication skills for influencing cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
