What you will do
- Lead internal and external research to define problem statements and build effective, people-centric products.
- Manage product development lifecycles and apply project management skills to real-time People challenges.
- Design and build impactful People products using proven product management frameworks and methodologies.
- Experiment with innovative solutions, leveraging new technologies (AI) to enhance employee experience.
- Deliver and launch global solutions across multiple HR domains.
- Engage with internal customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of HR experience in a tech-driven, global environment.
- Proven experience across HR disciplines and project management.
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders and demonstrate broad HR knowledge.
- Understanding of methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Product Management.
- Deep understanding of HR systems and processes.
- Next-level problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience running talent management or rewards projects.
- Consultancy experience delivering multiple projects across HR domains.
- Experience with data analysis tools and AI concepts.
