Program Manager

What you will do

• Serve as the primary liaison between U.S. Central Command leadership and contractor management.
• Develop and execute program strategies, including scope, milestones, and timelines aligned with mission priorities.
• Manage, allocate, and oversee a large-scale contract workforce of 40+ personnel.
• Establish and maintain standard operating procedures for performance tracking and reporting.
• Provide executive-level briefings on program performance, risks, and resource allocation.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure all deliverables meet DoD standards.

Requirements

• Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in program management supporting complex, multi-project environments.
• Experience managing large-scale contract workforces in high-tempo operational settings.
• Understanding of U.S. military structure and operational environments, specifically CENTCOM.
• Experience with strategic communications, media operations, and content production planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience specifically supporting CENTCOM or other Combatant Commands.
• DoD public affairs or information operations experience.
• Certifications such as PgMP, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or ScrumMaster.
