TL;DR

Partner Sales Representative (Fintech): Generating revenue through sales to existing accounts within a geographic area with an accent on partner solutions and hardware integration for the TouchNet platform. Focus on identifying business opportunities, conducting consultative sales presentations, and managing complex solution design projects to meet financial goals.

Location: Must be based in the USA (Charlotte, NC; Lenexa, KS; Moon Township, PA; or Oklahoma City, OK).

Salary: $60,000–$65,000 (Base) + $20,000–$30,000 (Commission).

What you will do

  • Research target prospects and develop a sales pipeline within an assigned territory.
  • Conduct penetration analysis on existing client portfolios to determine action plans.
  • Identify business opportunities and lead cold-calling efforts to nurture new relationships.
  • Design solution plans, assessing customer business needs, goals, and pain points.
  • Coordinate with internal pricing, IT, and implementation teams to facilitate client transitions.
  • Manage the negotiation of master agreements and service level agreements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant sales experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, English, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of industry dynamics, market trends, and product offerings.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage sales projects and lead client presentations.
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA.

  • Master’s degree.
