What you will do

  • Partner with AWS sales and customer success teams to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Manage and close multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously within the contact center space.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, lead follow-up, and forecasting using Salesforce.
  • Act as a strategic problem solver, demonstrating how AI-powered solutions address specific client pain points.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive revenue growth and exceed sales quotas.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in software sales, specifically within the Amazon Connect space.
  • 3+ years of experience in managing and closing complex sales cycles.
  • Deep industry knowledge and existing network with AWS channel partners.
  • Must be based in the United States and eligible to work in the US.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time for client meetings.
